Terms of Service

These draft terms cover the public Entgrove website, waitlist, and pre-launch bonsai care materials. App accounts, paid features, subscriptions, and store-distribution terms will need updated language before launch.

Short version

Use the site lawfully, treat the care library as educational information, and do not copy or abuse the service. Entgrove is pre-launch, so these terms are expected to change before the mobile app is generally available.

Using the website

You may browse, link to, and cite the public website for personal, educational, and editorial use. Automated crawlers that respect the Entgrove robots policy are welcome. The following uses are not allowed:

  • Do not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, or overload public routes.
  • Do not submit spam, malicious code, misleading waitlist entries, or content that violates another person's rights.
  • Do not copy large portions of the site into another product or publication without permission.

Bonsai care content

Entgrove publishes bonsai care content for general education. Trees respond to species, health, climate, season, soil, water quality, and grower technique, so no article can guarantee a result for a particular tree. Use local judgment and consult experienced growers for high-risk work.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, provide an email address you are allowed to use. Entgrove may contact you about the care library, product progress, beta access, and launch updates. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing banant2@gmail.com.

Intellectual property

The Entgrove name, site copy, diagrams, design, and original care-library materials belong to Entgrove or its licensors. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of the site or remove attribution from Entgrove materials without permission.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including hosting, analytics, waitlist storage, error monitoring, and bonsai references. Entgrove is not responsible for third-party websites or services it does not control.

Feedback

If you send ideas, corrections, feature requests, or editorial feedback, Entgrove may use them without obligation to compensate you. You remain responsible for not sending confidential information you do not want used.

Disclaimers and limits

The website is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, Entgrove disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or care content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes and contact

Entgrove may revise these terms as the site and app evolve. Material product, account, paid-feature, and dispute-resolution terms will be revisited before the mobile app launches publicly. Questions should be sent to banant2@gmail.com.
